A pretty bare-bones inversion table. It’s more sturdy than the typical ones that have continuous bars connecting the legs of the stand. The foam ankle bars are more comfortable than the cuffs/clamps of other models.This is about all you need if y

It’s better that I expected as years ago I had an early Teeter brand inversion table.The only issue I have with it is storage. The table is held on the the legs by 4 bolts and you can fold it up by removing a pin but then you are lugging around

I read some of the reviews complaining about assembly. While it was a jigsaw puzzle, it really wasn’t too bad. The only complaint I would have is that the bolts weren’t labeled, but if you can count up to 10, it’s no big deal. It’s pretty obvious
